BDA approves building plans for 158 high-rises in Bhubaneswar despite BMC’s authority

Responding to a query by legislator Upasana Mohapatra, the minister stated that as per information received from BDA, it accorded building plan approvals to 158 high-rises and received sanction fees of Rs 48.30 crore in the past five years.
