Ashiana Housing & Lohia Jain Group join hands to develop residential project in Pune
NEW DELHI: Ashiana Housing and Lohia Jain Group have joined hands to come up with a residential project-Ashiana Malhar in Pune‘s Hinjawadi region.
Ankur Gupta, JMD, Ashiana Housing said, “With the launch of ‘Ashiana Malhar’ we are expanding our footprint and presence in metro city Pune.”
Spread over 11.33 acres, the project will be developed by Ashiana Housing and will offer a total of 990 residential units. Phase I of the project will comprise 224 units.
The project will offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, where the usable carpet area ranges from 733 sq ft to 1045 sq ft. Each tower will have 14 floors.
