Hanto Workspaces leases one lakh sq ft in Bengaluru
Representative ImageNEW DELHI: Hanto Workspaces has leased one lakh sq ft of workspace in Bengaluru and is planning to launch a total of two lakh sq ft of workspace in Hyderabad and Pune.
The company now manages two lakh sq ft of workspace in Bengaluru. It claims to have achieved 90% occupancy rate, including newly launched properties.
Hanto Workspaces had raised Rs 15 crore in seed funding led by Anurag Jain, founder, KredX and other angel investors in a mix of equity and debt in November 2023 to grow its business and expand across major cities in India.
The company aims to achieve a revenue of over Rs 700 crore by 2028.
