Lucknow development body starts e-auction for commercial plots

LUCKNOW: To facilitate investors willing to buy plots in the capital city for commercial usage, the Lucknow Development Authority has launched an e-auction facility for the properties on its website.

With this, investors can look for plots for hotels, malls, fuel stations, factories and educational institutions. The portal will showcase all details, including rates, of the available plots.

The e-auction will be held on September 17. Divisional commissioner Roshan Jacob directed LDA authorities to create a facilitation counter on its premises to give information about the commercial properties.

Secretary Pawan Kumar Gangwar informed that registration to participate in the e-auction began on Thursday (September 1) and it will continue till September 10.

LDA vice chairperson Indramani Tripathi said, “The properties are located in areas like CG City (Chak Ganjariya), Gomti Nagar and Gomti Nagar Extension, Hardoi Road, Jankipuram Extension, Kanpur Road Yojna, Rajnikhand and Aishbagh.”
