The lease spans all 19 floors of the building, from ground to the 18th floor, at a monthly rent of Rs 43 per sq. ft., totalling around Rs 4.37 crore per month.
The rental agreement spans five years from May 2025 to April 2030, inclusive of an initial fit-out period. The office unit has a carpet area of 2,545 sq ft (236 sq meters).
