Tamil Nadu to build one lakh houses under Rs 3,500 crore scheme for hut-dwellers

All houses on objectionable poramboke land, huts occupied by tenants, huts used for commercial purposes, huts with RCC, metal sheet roofs, and occupants who own a house elsewhere will not be eligible for the scheme.
