315Work Avenue lease out over 70,000 sq ft to TeamLease in Bengaluru
NEW DELHI: 315Work Avenue, a coworking space provider, has leased out over 70,000 sq ft space to TeamLease, a human resource company in Koramangala, Bengaluru. It will have a seating capacity of 1,400.
Manas Mehrotra, founder of the company said, “Companies want to remain agile and quickly adapt to market conditions and our plans offer them the opportunity to do so with ease. The advantage of capital-light model provided by coworking industry is proving to be the perfect solution for companies. We have witnessed a robust growth in this calendar year 2022 and have signed up around 10,000 seats already and going forward, we remain optimistic about the high growth of coworking spaces.”
“The nature of the workspace has changed in the recent times and keeping in mind the rapidly evolving dynamics around the concept of the workplace, this arrangement offers convenience and flexibility for our employees in a contemporary, tech-enabled and safe environment,” said Ramani Dathi, CFO, TeamLease Services.
The company also plans to add another 1.5 million sq ft office space over a period of next 1 year and will add few more cities in the near future.
315Work Avenue currently manages around 30,000 seats spread over 1.5 million sq ft in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune.
