About 67% housing societies in Pune don’t have conveyance deeds

For a housing society, conveyance deed or deemed conveyance ensures ownership of land. Most registered housing societies in the city do not have conveyance deeds, that are executed by developers, or deemed conveyance issued by the state cooperation department.
