Delhi: DDA starts registration of 5,000 EWS & LIG flats
A total of 27,000 EWS and LIG flats have been constructed under Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023, which will be offered in phases on a first-come-first-serve basis.
NEW DELHI: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will start the registration process for 5,000 newly constructed EWS and LIG flats in Lok Nayak Puram, Narela and Dwarka from Friday.
A total of 27,000 EWS and LIG flats have been constructed under Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023, which will be offered in phases on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Explaining the process of applying when the scheme goes live on Friday morning, a senior official said that one needs to visit the DDA website—dda(dot)gov(dot)in—and fill the online application form.
Some documents need to be uploaded with the form and an application fee has to be paid, after which an application number will be generated, added the official.
