NBCC sells 2.23 lakh sq ft of commercial space in Delhi for Rs 905 crore

As on date, NBCC has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 23.92 lakh sq.ft. through open e-auction having sale value of Rs. 9,656.62 crore.

NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of approximately 2.23 lakh sq ft having sale value of Rs. 905.01 crore in the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

Out of this, 0.43 lakh sq.ft. area having sale value of Rs. 191.84 crore has been sold to private entities.

As on date, the company has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 23.92 lakh sq.ft. through open e-auction having sale value of Rs. 9,656.62 crore.

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has appointed NBCC as implementing agency for re-development of Nauroji Nagar.

The company separately signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SAIL Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) for infrastructure development works in DSP Township and CSR works. It will also carry out renovation and retro fittings work in DSP. The project cost is approximately valued at Rs 150 crore.
