Registration of homes in Kolkata down 10% in December 2021: Report

During the entire last year, as many as 44,940 units were registered as compared to 27,328 units in the 2020 calendar year. The consultant noted that 56 per cent of these units were registered since the introduction of the stamp duty cut in July 2021.
