Telangana government to inaugurate 310 2BHK houses in Bansilalpet
HYDERABAD: The state government is all set to inaugurate yet another 2BHK Dignity Colony at Bandamaisamma area in Bansilalpet on Sunday.
The project constructed at a cost of 23 crore consists of 310 double bedroom houses which is part of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) target to provide 1 lakh houses across 111 locations.
Around 70,000 of them have been completed so far. At Bandamaisamma, there are five blocks built in silt + 5-floor pattern. Each flat has a plinth area of 560 square feet and the construction cost is 7.75 lakhs.
The Dignity Colony will have basic amenities such as cement road, drainage, electricity poles, street lights, 11 lifts and 16 shopping shutters.
