WeWork India leases 3.62 lakh sq ft office space in two buildings in Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: WeWork India, a flexible workspace provider, has signed lease agreements for two new buildings namely Embassy One & Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub in Bengaluru. The workspaces will collectively have over 6,000 desks spread over 362,000 sq. ft, the company said in a media release.

The workspace at Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub spans over 310,000 sq ft and will open this year in December. It houses over 5,000 desks spread over eight floors. The center has been leased in collaboration with the Kalyani Group.

Embassy One is spread across over 52,000 sq ft with a capacity of over 600 desks across two floors. WeWork India has entered into an operator model at Embassy One.

WeWork India has over five million sq ft of assets acquired in 40 locations, across NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
