WeWork India adds over one lakh sq ft at Raheja Mindspace in Hyderabad

NEW DELHI: WeWork India, a flexible space provider, has signed a new workspace at Raheja Mindspace in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Spread over 100,000 sq ft with a desk capacity of 1,500+, the workspace is expected to open in August, 2023.

Arnav S. Gusain, head of real estate and product, WeWork India said, “Hyderabad is emerging as one of India’s top business destinations, with enterprises and large tech companies setting up operations in the city. The surge in office leasing volume in recent years indicates a robust growth trajectory, and we are confident that this trend will continue”

This is the third workspace that the company is opening in Hyderabad.

The company currently has over 6.5 million sq ft of assets signed across 45 locations in National Capital Region (NCR), Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
